법률사무소 화음이 암호화폐 분야 글로벌 AML(자금세탁방지) 솔루션 기업인 머클사이언스(Merkle Science)와 업무제휴를 하게 되었습니다. 머클사이언스는 KYT 온체인 모니터링 플랫폼 (On-Chain Monitoring Platform)으로써, 암호화폐의 자금세탁방지(AML) 솔루션을 제공하는 회사입니다. 머클사이언스는 싱가포르 정부기관 산하 VC인 SGInnovate, Golden Gate Ventures 의 Crypto arm인 LuneX 캐피털, 디지털 커런시 그룹 (Digital Currency Group) 등과 같은 캐피털사의 기관 투자를 유치하였으며, 싱가포르에 헤드쿼터를 두고 Payment Services Act, AML Regulations, FATF 권고안 등을 기준으로 개발한 AML 솔루션입니다. 우리나라는 지난 2020년 3월 25일 특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률(특금법)을 개정(2021년 3월 25
