Hwaum Law Firm was commissioned by the Korea Institute of S&T Evaluation and Planning (KISTEP) to conduct a policy research project on the drafting of the Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Promotion of National Strategic Technologies (Act No. 19236, enacted March 21, 2023, effective September 22, 2023). Hwaum successfully completed the research project.
In addition, our firm is currently conducting follow-up research to support the enactment and further refinement of the Enforcement Decree.
