Hwaum Law Firm, led by our Managing Attorney Jae-kwon Jung, achieved a complete victory on appeal on November 24, 2023, following a complete victory at trial, in a lawsuit seeking payment for goods supplied under a B.O. (Blanket Order) supply agreement.
In the case, the defendant denied having entered into a supply agreement based on the B.O., unilaterally cancelled the supply agreement, and refused to pay for the goods. Our firm represented the plaintiff in seeking payment for the goods and successfully obtained a complete victory on appeal, following the favorable judgment at first instance.
