Modusign, together with Hwaum Law Office, has made available free templates for contracts and documents needed to establish and operate a company, covering areas such as corporate incorporation, shareholders’ meetings and board meetings, stocks and investments, and human resources and labor matters.
The contract templates jointly distributed by Modusign and Hwaum include not only documents related to corporate incorporation, shareholders’ meetings and board meetings, and stocks and investments, but also essential contracts and documents relating to subcontracting and services, sales and transactions, and human resources and labor.
The corporate incorporation section includes the initial articles of incorporation, consent to the terms of stock issuance, stock subscription forms, and acceptance of appointment forms.
The shareholders’ meeting and board meeting section includes minutes of shareholders’ meetings, written shareholder resolutions, minutes of board meetings, and directors’ resolutions. The materials also include a total of 17 types of contract and document templates, including employment contracts in the human resources and labor section, along with explanatory guides.
The package also provides detailed guides for startups and small businesses that may lack in-house legal expertise in areas such as corporate incorporation, shareholders’ and board meetings, and human resources and labor. These guides explain how to use the essential contracts and documents needed to establish and operate a company, as well as important precautions, required provisions, and other key considerations.
