OOO Korea Co., Ltd. was established through a KRW 100 million investment made in Korea by a U.S. corporation.

The CEO of the U.S. corporation is a Japanese national and a U.S. permanent resident, and as a third-country national rather than a U.S. citizen, additional documentation was required during the Report of Foreign Investment process.
Hwaum Law Office provided seamless one-stop service throughout the entire procedure, including submission of the Report of Foreign Investment, incorporation registration, issuance of the business license, opening of the corporate bank account, and the Certificate of Registration for Foreign-Invested Companies.
In addition, foreign-invested companies with an investment of KRW 100 million or more meet the requirements for their CEO to apply for a D-8 visa.
We also provide full assistance with the D-8 visa application process.
